By downloading or using the CannaBook app ("the app"), provided by Neulux Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Make sure you read them carefully before using the app.
Intellectual Property
You're not allowed to copy, modify, attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app and all its intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright, and database rights, remain the property of Neulux Technologies.
Application Security
We employ security measures to protect your data, as described in our Privacy Policy. It's your responsibility to keep your device and app access secure. We highly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise your device's security and the app's functionality.
Subscription Services
CannaBook offers both Non-subscription and Subscription licenses for its mobile application to prospective licensees. Hereafter, these are referred to as “Non-subscription App Licensee” and “Subscription App Licensee,” collectively known as “App Licensees” or “Users.” CannaBook retains ownership of the app at all times.
Upon downloading the CannaBook app, you by default become a Non-subscription App Licensee. This status remains until either:
- The license is terminated, or
- The license is upgraded through a subscription or one-time purchase in the CannaBook app.
Subscription App Licensees may choose an annual payment plan term. Subscriptions can be managed through the subscription management settings on your mobile device, subject to the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
All purchases are final. CannaBook does not provide refunds. By proceeding with your purchase and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the immediate performance of the contract and waive any right to withdrawal. For purchases made through the Apple or Google Play Store, their respective payment policies apply.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms of Service. By using our app, you're also agreeing to comply with these third-party terms. These services include:
Data Collection with Subscription Services
Your use of the app may result in data collection, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. In case you opt for a Premium Subscription, RevenueCat will facilitate the process, but no personal data is collected by RevenueCat for this purpose.
User Responsibilities
We cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality due to issues beyond our control, such as network connectivity or your device’s battery life. You're also responsible for any charges incurred due to mobile data usage, including roaming charges, if applicable.
Age Requirements
You may use the app if you are at least 18 years old. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from using the app.
Updates and Termination
We may update the app from time to time. You're responsible for accepting these updates to continue using the app. We also reserve the right to cease providing the app and may terminate your use at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights under these terms will automatically cease.
User Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your Personal Information as stated in our Privacy Policy.
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas.

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
